Complimentary shipping on orders over $70 in the US. International rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within two business days.

If it arrived a little off

The balm is tallow and oils. In summer, transit heat can soften it past its usual hold. If yours shows up looking different than you remember, let us know and we'll send a fresh jar at no cost — you don't need to return the one you already have.
